I had this Jeep stashed back to make this swap on. Even though this sounds like a tremendous job, It's actually not that bad of a job. You even can use a bad/core transmission to make your good 2wd into 4wd. Not an entire step by step video, but should get you going into the right direction to make it easy for your swap.
