Dawi Iffa is a female entrepreneur from Addis Ababa in Ethiopia and trying to change one of the most important sectors within agriculture. Many of the avocados that are being consumed by people in Europe and America come from Ethiopia.

And since natural cosmetics are a big and hyped topic in these countries, Dawi is supporting especially Ethiopian women of this industry.
