Presented by Kelly Barnes, Program Manager of the Climate Science Initiative (CSI) of WA, at the Public Lecture held at Murdoch University on the 24 March 2023.

The WA Climate Science Initiative is producing the most reliable and comprehensive Western Australian climate change projections to date extending 75 years into the future. This lecture introduces the program and describes how the projections will help business, industry and all levels of government to better understand and adapt to the impacts of climate change.

The project is part of the Climate Science Initiative being led by the WA Government Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) in partnership with Murdoch University, the NSW and Australian Regional Climate Modelling Project (NARCliM 2.0) and the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre.
