My family finally joined me in Denmark after leaving the UK! Now we can make informed decisions together about our zero tailpipe emissions transport!

We still need to wait for our UK house sale before a big EV purchase but want an electric bicycle to suit the family.

We tested the Urban Arrow Family - a hefty, long wheelbase two-wheeler with 'gearless' transmission and powerful electric motor. It was tricky to start but as I dropped the assist and gears it became stable and fun!

My kids also sat in a Butchers & Bicycles 3-wheel MK1-E bike, with tilt wheels. Sadly they wouldn't fit with the rain cover on!

I also took the 2nd gen New Hyundai IONIQ Electric 38.3 kWh off our EV 'wish list'. Bjorn Nyland tested it in Amsterdam; rapid charging has been nerfed. It's more expensive but charges slower than a 1st gen.
