KIRANI JAMES a.k.a. "THE JAGUAR" and "GEAR-SHIFTER" of GOUYAVE a.k.a. "ACTION CITY", St. John's has flown the Grenadian flag at the 2012 London Olympics. At only 19 years of age, James could very well bring Grenada's first Olympic medal -- a goal Grenada has pursued since the country first entered an Olympic Stadium in 1984.

The 2012 Summer Olympics is the single greatest feat for Kirani's career; and, he is doing it fully cognizant of what it means for his Grenadian People. The genuine love, encouragement and support that he receives from his fans; and the pride, joy and hope that he inspires in his country-folks are what have been written about by fellow-Grenadian, HOLLICE MAPP a.k.a. MR. KILLA. The song is a reflection of James, the historically-colourful, pride-filled town that he hails from, his ambitions, his goals and his chase for Olympic glory. While he represents the Spice Isle amidst the loud spectacle, the voices of Grenadians through the captivating song called "KIRANI CITY", is what he will carry in his heart.

Supported by Kirani - himself, it is destined that both he and Mr. Killa who is also from Gouyave, will cross this threshold in what will go down in history as one of the greatest athletic and cultural careers. Merely years apart, they both have accomplished untouched feats in their respective careers: Kirani, a world champion; and Mr. Killa, a versatile performing artiste and dominator of Soca - regionally and internationally.

It is hoped that this music video will be used for the intended purpose, which is to pay tribute to the great Kirani James, and, by extension, to SpeedZone, the People of Gouyave, St. John's, Grenada, Carriacou, Petite Martinique and the Diaspora. USE OF THIS PRODUCTION FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
