Jay has a 25yr track record as a marketing strategist and successful tech entrepreneur. (4 ventures, 1 non-profit, 2 large exits). He was a pioneer in the digital marketing space and a visionary strategist. He founded the digital marketing agency "BLUE" in Singapore in 1999, growing the business from startup into a global powerhouse, the 4th largest digital agency in the world and voted Marketing Magazine's "Agency Of The Year" twice! - Acquired by WPP in 2007. He has advised the marketing leaders of some of the top brands in the world, including: HP, Cisco, SAP, Johnson & Johnson, Singapore Airlines and Proctor & Gamble.

After BLUE, Jay launched and grew AppMakr into the world's largest mobile app publisher, helping millions of entrepreneurs and small businesses in 100+ countries to join the mobile app economy. As CEO of AppMakr, Jay was voted one of the "Top10 Internet Startups of the Year" @ The Silicon Valley TiE50 Awards.

Now, Jay is leading the #GamingForGood movement across Africa. He has led the design and strategy on games dealing with sexual & reproductive health, women’s empowerment, children’s education, reforestation and climate change. His next step is exploring how blockchain gaming can be used as a tool for increasing the financial resilience amongst Africa’s youth.
