This is an EGO ST1520S with the power load feature. This is prone to failure from debris being caught in the spool, but this one actually suffered a part failure from a poor design. This shows how I fixed it for free and we'll have to see how long it lasts. The failed piece is part of the motor subassembly and unfortunately not available separately. EGO really needs to make this part available as it is easy to change and can make this repair much cheaper.
