Does anyone need some new ideas for healthy gut-friendly meals? I got you!

I know my previous 'what I eat in a week’ video has been very appreciated and therefore I decided to make a similar one! But this time I want to show you what I eat in a day when I feel a bit off and need to give my digestion a real break. Ingredients

1 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped or grated
2 cups butternut squash, chopped
1 cup red lentils, ideally soaked overnight
some water to cover
salt & pep
1 package dried seaweed
1 package spinach
sesame seeds for serving
