► Two years after Sarah Everard was kidnapped, raped and murdered by an off-duty police officer, her killer, Wayne Couzens, appeared in court again today, this time sentenced to 19 months for three counts of indecent exposure.

In devastating impact statements, his victims told the court Couzens could and should have been stopped before he went on to kill Sarah Everard.
