When you have a set of mini Christmas lights that won't light up, you can either toss them and buy a new set for a few dollars, or there's some cases where you may want to find and replace the burnt out bulb(s).

This video shows two accessories I use to find bad bulbs, and how each procedure works. The beeping was louder than I expected so I had to chop out parts of the video after it was uploaded so if it’s not clear how the beeping tester works, when there is live voltage it will beep continuously and if there is no voltage it may chirp once or twice and stay silent.
