Interview with Giacomo Silvestrin:
In 1986 I joined the team of this company. IDRA diecasting machines were already present then. We currently have 40 islands ranging from 420 to 2000 tonnes, of which 28 are IDRA.
In my many years of experience using IDRA machines, I have been able to see for myself the quality of the design and construction materials, which guarantee excellent performance and allow full control of the process and the quality of the castings. I believe that the man-machine interface for parameter management is very well made, clear and intuitive as well as being well detailed.
We have had several occasions with IDRA Service to test its effectiveness, whether it was remotely or on site, for repairs or modifications we requested, the result has always been positive in terms of solving the problem as well as the quick response time.
Basically I can sum up the description of IDRA Service with these three words: Rapidity, Competence and Quality.
