Choosing a t-shirt can be tricky because there are tons of different brands out there. From a Screen Printers perspective, I work with blank t-shirts on a daily bases. From helping customers choose the best blank t-shirt for their clothing brand to getting them screen printed and or embroidered for them. It's not as simple as just choosing a t-shirty and sticking to it. T-shirts are made up of different materials such as 100% cotton, and even blends like 50/50 or 60/40 which is made up of cotton and polyester. Pro tip, 100% cotton t-shirts are more likely to shrink in the wash rather than blends like 60/40 cotton polyester t-shirts.
