I have to reinforce some 60º angled joints that I made on wooden rods. So, I use a drill stand and some tips and tricks to drill the tilted dowel holes to insert 8 mm and 10 mm dowels to reinforce the joint. Because I have to drill wood rods, and I have to drill with the drill bit at an angle and make angled holes that are perpendicular to the joint surface, this is a bit complicated task. But there was no need to makeshift an angle jig for the drill, because the drill stand was a nice angle drilling guide, and so everything worked perfect. You can see that I made some very nice 60º miter joints in wood rods reinforced with visible dowels.
