Around 1924, Lizzie's sister, Emma, moved to the mill town of Newmarket, N.H. to live with Miss Annie C. Connor. She boarded on the second floor of the Victorian home and also made some house improvements which she paid for herself. This is where she died in 1927. She lived her quiet life out here, away from prying eyes and Fall River.
