Welcome to the sixth episode of a KSP viewer controlled series. For those new to the game, Kerbal Space Program is an extremely realistic space simulator. The point of this series is to allow the viewers to act as a government. Comments will dictate funding, research proposals, and many other functions of a space agency funded by a government. It is also intended to be a difficult play through with the TAC life support mod and 10% research gains. I hope you participate and leave suggestions in the comments.
