I love oil cleansing as the very first cleanse. You can oil cleanse to remove makeup, SPF, dirt, and pollution. Oil Cleansing also draws dead skin and congestion out of the pores.

Oil Cleansing can be used on ANY skin type. Oily skin, choose oils high in Linoleic acid. Dry skin, choose oils high in Oleic Acid.
