Recently I saw The Batman on the big screen and while the cast were all terrific, the direction, cinematography and production design all brilliant, I didn't love tht emovie. But my feelings have less to do with the quality of the actual film and more to do with the "take" on the character. Because yet again we have another "realistic" grounded, gritty Batman and I hope I'm not alone in thinking, that's just kinda boring now.
