The first step of surrender is to allow what is to be. We are always trying to control this moment, avoid this moment. So first allow everything to be as it is. The second step is to allow subtle feeling to be. Not to name it, describe or define it in anyway. But to feel without letting thinking get in the way. The third step is to let go of being the doer.

The fourth step of letting go of the sense of self is more advanced. Because you have to feel what is beyond the self. This meditation music in the background transmits the energy of bliss (Shaktipat) so that by listening to this music, you begin to feel a sense of bliss that is beyond yourself. As you give your attention to this bliss, it becomes subtler until it is transcendental bliss. When you feel transcendental bliss, then you can surrender all sense of self in meditation and go into samadhi.
