You guys liked the bed platform video, so I decided to make a more detailed video about the Pathfinder itself! Also, thank you for 100 subscribers!

Mine is a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder XE 4x4, with the 5 speed manual transmission :) I got it for $2250 back in February and it's been serving me well so far. Like I mentioned in the bed platform video, I think the Nissan Pathfinder, especially the R50, is a great platform for mild to moderate off-roading and it's a lot cheaper than comparable vehicles.

Since Tyler Smith/208Tyler (   / @208tyler  ) sold his R50, I thought it would be a great time to start making more videos about mine, there really isn't much content about the Pathfinder on YouTube.

I haven't made too many upgrades yet, but I have a few short term and long term mods in mind. Once I get my suspension parts are installed, I'm going to replace the blown-out stock speakers, then I'll go for the Magnaflow muffler I mentioned. The last mod I would do before the lift is the steel tube rear bumper.

For the lift, I'm leaning towards Land Rover springs and Bilsteins in the back, and OME springs with KYB struts up front. I want to lift it for the ground clearance, the feeling of new suspension parts, and looks.

Anyway, this is my Pathfinder in its current state. Let me know what you think of my ideas!
