🟢材料:
鮮蝦 600 克
鹽、胡椒粉、澱粉適量
半個蛋白(可選)
泰式辣椒醬 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣將新鮮蝦去殼去腸洗淨吸乾水後,用刀拍爛。
2️⃣加入適量鹽、胡椒粉及澱粉(也可以加入半個蛋白)拌勻。
3️⃣反覆摔打至起膠。
4️⃣把蝦肉搓成小球狀,再按扁成薄餅狀。
5️⃣熱鍋加油,放入蝦餅煎至兩面金黃。
6️⃣取出蝦餅,配上泰式辣椒醬上蹀即可享用。

🟢Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp - 600g
Salt, white pepper powder, cornstarch - as needed
Half an egg white (optional)
Thai chili sauce - as needed

🟢Cooking directions:
1️⃣ Peel and devein the shrimps, wash and pat them dry. Then mash them with knife.
2️⃣ Add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper powder and starch (you can also add half an egg white) and mix well.
3️⃣ Beat the mixture repeatedly until it becomes a paste.
4️⃣ Form the shrimp paste into small balls, then flatten them into thin cakes.
5️⃣ Heat a pan with oil. Fry the shrimp cakes until both sides turn golden brown.
6️⃣ Take out the shrimp cakes and serve with Thai chili sauce. Enjoy!
