Singapore's first assembly plant for electric vehicles has opened, right in the heart of Jurong's Innovation District. Operated by Hyundai Motor Group, Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong says the new Innovation Centre will enable Singapore to play a role in developing vehicles of the future.
