We made this DELICIOUS SPAGHETTI SQUASH* that TASTE just like Spaghetti but without the high carbs!
It was quick, easy and fun to make.
– Give this easy effortless recipe a try and let us know what you think –
Recipe:
(Recommended but optional: Buy everything Organic)
• Spaghetti Squash
• Organico Bello Tomato Basil
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Celtic Sea Salt (Fine Ground)
* season to your taste: onion powder, garlic, herbs etc.*
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees
• Cut squash in half (long way)
• Remove all seeds
• Line a sheet pan with Aluminum Foil
• Spread Olive Oil on squash and Season lightly (with your choice of seasoning)
• Place Spaghetti Squash face down (creating a dome) on Sheet pan & pop into the oven for 40 Minutes*
- Once squash is ready, take out it out of the oven and with a Fork "rake" out the yummy goodness!!
• Heat up your tomato basil, Add your protein of choice in, Mix it all together and ENJOY!!
