For context. The insurance company which the adjuster works for has been censored. The reason for this video is that the insurance adjuster was EXTREMELY rude to both our VP and the actual OWNER OF THE HOME. She attempted to say that there was no hail damage despite a hail storm in this area back in April claiming as well the dents on the soft metals are purely "mechanical". She denied the claim because she (insurance adjuster) said that not a single thing was damaged by hail (which the PA/Public adjuster and we disagree with)
