INFINITI introduced the all-new, next generation of its bestselling family SUV, the 2022 INFINITI QX60. On sale in North America this fall, the 2022 INFINITI QX60 continues one of the most successful nameplates for the automaker, selling more than 400,000 units over its history, and updates it with modern artistry and craftsmanship.


The redesigned 2022 Infiniti QX60 is a three-row crossover SUV with more luxurious ambitions than its platform mate, the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. It doesn’t quite stack up to the luxury class but occupies a lofty position in the premium segment along with the Acura MDX, Lincoln Aviator, and Buick Enclave.

The 2022 QX60 is fitted with a powerful V-6 engine, all-new 9-speed automatic transmission, available intelligent all-wheel drive, and enhanced ProPILOT assist with navi link.

The completely redesigned 2022 Infiniti QX60 has a look that's instantly recognizable as an Infiniti, while taking on styling cues that give it a more elegant, mature, and upright stance than before.

Its front end is bolder than ever, with a finely detailed "origami-inspired" grille texture and slim LED headlights.

On the profile, you'll notice a roofline that descends smoothly toward the rear glass and a rising belt-line, giving the impression of a taut, pulled-back cabin. The available floating black roof with slim metallic accents strengthens the look further.

At the rear, you'll find a slim LED lighting signature, a short rear window, and interesting metallic accent pieces in the lower valance. Infiniti will offer the top-trim model in "Moonbow Blue", which appears anywhere from purple to green based on lighting conditions and your viewing angle.

The interior of the 2022 Infiniti QX60 is all-new, with a large infotainment screen mounted on top of the dash, a high-tech electronic transmission shifter, and an available fully digital instrument panel.

All QX60 models feature a large panoramic glass roof with a retractable front panel.

The dash appearance is thinner and more horizontal than before, with a broad stripe that houses its horizontal air vents.

"The new QX60 embraces Japanese minimalism in its shape but balances that in its details,” says Head of Infiniti Design Taisuke Nakamura. “The interior and exterior reflect harmonies in their designs that play off each other.”

Depending on whether you choose a second-row bench seat or a pair of captain's chairs, the QX60 will seat either six or seven. All models include front "zero-gravity" seats and improved second- and third-row seats with enhanced ergonomics and more hip-to-heel distance. Each row of seats is slightly higher than the one in front, ensuring that everyone has a view of the road ahead.


For now, Infiniti applies the same 3.5-liter V-6 used in the Pathfinder and carried over from the last generation, but swaps out the CVT for a 9-speed automatic transmission. Infiniti tunes the V-6 to make 295 hp and 270 lb-ft, up from 284 hp and 259 lb-ft in the Pathfinder, and it comes standard with front-wheel drive or available all-wheel drive.
