Little knowledge and a little fun - Hope you enjoyed the video

Hey everyone I hope this video finds you well. Its hard to understand how, just the other day, things were "normal." Id like to tell you what my normal was. My normal was cleaning swimming pools. Now before my guys start yelling at me, I do not actually clean or do the repairs. My job is to work with my guys. Train them how to be a good pool service provider. I have always loved the business of cleaning pools. It is difficult and tough. Hard to learn how to manage your daily pools and repairs, but also to know how to run a business. Its easy to bang out a days worth of pools and repairs. But it sure is difficult to sit down at night and learn how your business is doing.

When I felt comfortable enough, I started to change the functionality of my business. I started to realize that the current way of employing a service tech was the wrong way to build a team. For my past ten years in this business I have seen guys try to build this business off the backs of w2 employees and 1099 contractors. The right way to be successful in the pool business is to build a team of partners.

I have partnered with all my service techs but one. The one that chose not to take the partnership is one hell of an employee. Hes a stud and could go a long way in this business if he ever chooses to. My other guys are impressive. We might all be a little rough around the edges, but we handle our business.

So my normal was trying to help this guys be successful in the pool service business. And I am excited to be getting back to this once everything is figured out with this Virus.
