The eXC1 is the more affordable of Denago’s two new entry-level cross country eMTBs, with everything you need to hit the trails right out of the gate. We tested the bike’s brakes, motor, climbing ability, and range in our Denago eXC1 review!

We thought the bike’s 250W mid-drive motor was a highlight; with 80 Nm of torque, it packs plenty of uphill power. We liked its smooth engagement and overall responsiveness. At this price point, it definitely performed better than expected!

The bike’s geometry was also really solid, giving it a great feel on the singletrack and doubletrack trails we tested it on. With an appropriately slackened head tube angle and steep seat tube angle, it felt well planted for an XC eMTB.

With a price between $2,500 and $3,000, we think the eXC1 has awesome bang for the buck!
