Explore Garner State Park's Dog-Friendly Trails with your Pup! Join us and our adventurous dog, Waffle, on a pawsome hike through Garner State Park! On our first day hiking, we conquered 11 incredible trails, including the scenic Blinn River Trail, the Foshee Trail, and the White Cave Trail. This Texas Hill Country state park gem is 1,420 acres with caves, Texas mountains, and the Frio River. Our visit was in March, a fantastic time to visit, with beautiful wildflowers and comfortable hiking temperatures. ️

Waffle had a blast splashing around in the cool waters of the Frio River, and the overlook trails provided breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country. Whether you're looking for a leisurely stroll or a challenging hike, Garner offers something for everyone (and their furry companions!).
