1 green onion
1 clove garlic
1 Serano, chili pepper
1 egg
Cornstarch
Water
Jumbos shrimps 16-20 ( 12 pieces minimum )
 for the sauce
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tomato, ketchup,
1/4 tsp chicken stock base 
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking wine
