In this video I am spending time with my kids. We will go to a little walk and decorate for Easter. We are going to bake some Walnut Crescent Rolls and we need to do a good job, because my mom is coming to test them (who is a great baker). So fingers crossed.

Walnut Crescent Rolls recipe:
100ml milk
10g powdered yeast
50g sugar
350g flour
70g melted butter
50g sour cream
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
Activate the yeast in milk and sugar. Mix the ingredience together and make a dough from them. Let it proof for 1 hour and split in 2. Roll out a big circle and cut to 12 pieces. Put in the filling and roll up the pastry in to a shape of a crescent roll. Put it on a baking sheet and let if proof another 20 minutes. Bake on 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Filling:
100ml milk
50g powdered sugar
200g ground walnuts
cinnamon
Warm up the milk on the stove with the sugar and bring it to a boil. Put in the walnuts and the cinnamon and mix it to a paste. Before using let it cool.
