Labour MP Jess Phillips questions how Boris Johnson could not have know what the regulations were that the entire UK population abided by during the coronavirus crisis.

Mr Johnson quit as an MP after he learned of the recommendations of the cross-party group, which included a 90-day ban from the House of Commons for “repeated contempts” and stripping him of his parliamentary pass.

A vote on the privileges committee’s findings is expected later tonight.
