After reporting 172 new cases of coronavirus today, New South Wales is reportedly considering tougher restrictions for certain areas, like western Sydney, where the Delta variant is spreading more rapidly, however Dr Norman Swan has told the ABC the whole city needs to stay locked down for it to work.
