Parkinson’s Disease is the fastest growing brain disease worldwide. According to Professor Bas Bloem (Radboudumc) this is partly caused by pesticides. In this lecture he explains how these pesticides enter and destroy our brain. Fortunately, he has some good news as well: with new scientific insights we can treat Parkinson’s Disease and perhaps even prevent it in the future.
