This was a recent hail storm in Melbourne Australia (Armadale area). These kinds of storms are quite rare (the last hailstorm I remember was about three years ago).

Melbourne has the nickname "Four Seasons in a Day" because when you wake up it's winter, then it's spring, autumn, and then it can be summer by the end of the day.
