ā5) SHARING CULTURE (Democratic Socialism)
In French culture it's all about sharing and equality. "LibertƩ, EgalitƩ, FraternitƩ" - is the French motto meaning Freedom, Equality, and Fellowship. Your rights will never pass another person's rights and those who are in need will be looked after. France is a social country and sharing is caring.

A democratic socialist believes that the government should provide a range of essential services to the public for free or at a significant discount, such as health care and education. ā4) THE FRENCH CRITIQUE
The French are known for being tough critics...but it doesn't necessarily mean you're doing something wrong. It's a sign of respect and that your performance is worth receiving feedback. We could all use a respectful critique in order to grow and improve.
ā3) SEPARATION OF CHURCH/STATE
Church and State are completely separate in France and all state owned buildings are laĆÆque meaning they are neutral and independant from religion.
ā2) RELAXED FRENCH LIFESTYLE
"Doucement le matin, pas trop vite le soir" (Slowly in the morning, not too fast in the evening) ...this expression from the South of France sums up the relaxed French lifestyle and mentality. The French people "work to live", they don't "live to work".
ā1) UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE
Healthcare in France is a born RIGHT, it is not a privilege! If you are living in France, then you have the right to healthcare and social security. If you are working then you have a "mutuelle" (professional healthcare) from your employer, gauranteed. France is known for having one of the best healthcare systems in the world, and having a PIECE OF MIND is priceless!
