Concord Metrotown is a new condo development by Concord Pacific currently under construction at 4750 Kingsway, Burnaby.

Concord Metrotown is being built on the northwest corner of the Metropolis at Metrotown mall, which was previously used as a parking lot.

There are 2 phases to the redevelopment in Concord Metrotown. The first phase will entail 3 towers: West Tower, Grand Tower and Sky Park, reaching 65 storeys, 45 storeys, and 33 storeys. First phase is scheduled for completion in 2025.
