Since everyone seems fascinated with the tiktok whipped lemonade, I thought I would give it a go. I tried two versions - the Pioneer Woman version with ice cream and the PureWow version which is closer to the original. Here is an article on Food Network’s website that has many videos of this phenomenon.

This is the Pioneer Woman version, which is called Frozen Lemonade. I think I like it better because it is sweeter and the lemonade part is made from scratch.

I found the original version to be much tarter and I didn’t really like it. If u really like a pucker this is the recipe for u.

Here is the recipe for the frozen lemonade:

1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 c. granulated sugar
4 c. vanilla ice cream

Whisk together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add to ice cream in high powered blender and blend until you have a consistent purée. No lumps. Pour into tall glass and garnish with lemon slices, if you wish. Add a straw. Enjoy!

Here is the recipe for the whipped lemonade:

2 tbsp powdered lemonade
¼ cup heavy cream
Water

With a hand held aero latte or a hand blender, whip together the powdered mix with the heavy cream, until thick, 2-3 min.

Place ice cubes and water I’m a tall glass. Top with whipped mixture and whip it into the water. Serve.
