While attending a meet & greet put on by Illinois Overlanders I took the opportunity to ask: "why do you Overland?" This video is a compilation of those who braved the mall that damp and cold day and their answer to the question.
I believe that people came out to this meet and greet to share a little time with like minded individuals. While the desire to get out in nature and explore are is primary it's pretty clear that camaraderie and community are a major motivator for most overlanders.
