Meet Oz (Matthew Perry), a completely depressed dentist from Chicago living in Montreal, Canada. As he seeks to divorce his wife who hates him as much as he does, he one day meets his new neighbor Jimmy who turns out to be none other than Jimmy The Tulip (Bruce Willis). Very famous in the United States, Jimmy is an ex hitman who was released not long ago. Oz’s life will be turned completely upside down by the arrival of this man. It will get even more complicated when he slowly gets himself entangled in the twisted businesses that his new neighbor has with a dangerous mob.
