A Spanish butcher taught me this trick: the meat melts in your mouth. 😋 🔝 3 recipes

▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1.1-1.3 kg pork
cut into steaks
salt pepper
5 potatoes
Squeeze out juice
Salt
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil
Distribute potatoes evenly

130g cheese
1 teaspoon mustard + 2 tablespoons yogurt + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

We need about 6 pork steaks
Pieces 1.5-2 cm thick
Using a kitchen hammer, pound the meat on both sides
Make incisions on the side where the fat is
Roll the meat in flour and fry in a heated frying pan
Wipe off any moisture with a paper towel
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown

Fry in the same vegetable oil
a few cloves of garlic, a sprig of rosemary
350-400 ml light beer
Add the meat to the sauce
Salt, pepper on both sides
add some water
Partially cover the pan with a lid
Simmer over medium/slow heat for about 7 minutes

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender
Turn the meat occasionally and simmer until the sauce thickens.

~ 100-150 g bacon
Prepare mashed potatoes and let cool slightly
Fry the bacon with the onions until it is a nice light golden color
3-4 tablespoons flour (gradually)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Italian herbs, salt if necessary
1 egg
Pour the potato dough into a piping bag
Press the dough in portions into boiling salted water
After the potato dumplings float to the top, cook for 3-4 minutes
Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and add the fried bacon with onions
This is an incredibly delicious dinner!

1.2kg pork
