Materials
2 eggs (reserve the yolk of one for the topping)
1 glass of water (200ml)
1 tea glass of yoghurt (125gr)
1 tea glass of oil (125ml)
1 pack of baking powder (10gr)
2 tablespoons of vinegar (20gr)
5 cups of flour (600gr)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)

For intermediate floors
100g butter
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)

For internal mortar
400gr minced meat
1 onion
half a tea glass of oil (50ml)
2 potatoes
black pepper
chili pepper
salt

For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
