Do not shake the casting director's hand when entering the audition room
Be ready and have a warm, open, positive and friendly energy
Do not talk about personal life, problems or emotions
Be an acting professional and show your amazing choices with the character
Keep your mouth shut
Keep the script or sides with you at all times
Memorize your lines or at least understand the meaning of them and make choices for the character
Be happy, friendly, positive and professional
Keep the script near you and know the techniques of keeping your thumb near your lines while reading.

Additionally, it's important to arrive on time or even early to the audition, dress professionally, and be prepared to answer questions about your experience and background.
