The Red Turtle is a beautiful, wordless animated movie directed by Michael Dudok de Wit ('Father & Daughter', 'The Monk & The Fish'), and produced by Studio Ghibli and The Wild Bunch.
This is my entry to the challenge Mikey put out in his 'Lessons Animation Taught Us' video. While this is not a movie I watched in my formative years, it came into my life at a point where things were very confusing. It has a lot of value to me and with this video I hope to explain why.
Thank you Mikey for the incentive!
