Jaguar invited us to join them and the VMAX200 team at a private airfield to drive the F-Type SVR, XJR575 and Project 8. We start off in the F-Type hitting 171mph, then 175mph in the XJR575 and finally 185 in the Project 8. Which one would you choose?
