Ben McAdams of Utah speaks TODAY from quarantine in his home, saying he feels like he has “the worst cold I’ve ever had.” He says he’s concerned about members of Congress he had contact with and thinks remote voting, not currently allowed, should be considered. He also says “we’ve got to get tests earlier to people.”
