One of the easiest ways to get sales on Tik Tok shop is to find quality Affiliates that can promote your products for you

just a few quality Affiliates the difference between a few sales a day…or hundreds.

Hands down, one of the coolest things about Tik Tok’s eCommerce ecosystem is that they've built an affiliate marketing program that connects eCom sellers like you and me to other creators and pages that ALREADY have the audience that would be interested in our products

And there’s now a mutual incentive to sell products. Shop owners get sales…and affiliates get commission…and another way to monetize their audiences with related products. It’s revolutionized eCommerce for the BETTER.

But lots of people seem to be having trouble finding quality affiliates to promote their products…so how can you get these pages to agree to spend THEIR time creating videos to sell YOUR PRODUCTS.

So, the first thing you should do is the low hanging fruit…it takes about 5 seconds and it's all upside with zero effort, which is to enable the open collaboration on all products you have up.

I’d also think about toggling on the auto add products button too (that way if you add any more products in the future they automatically quality and affiliates can find and promote them).

This is going to allow your products to be discoverable and linkable when affiliates are looking through the product marketplace for specific products to promote in their niche. It’s a no-brainer.

You also need to decide what commission rate you want to offer, and whether or not you’ll auto approval pages…or if they’ll need to request approval to promote your products…and whether or not you’ll give out free samples of your products so pages can get them to make their own UGC videos.

I definitely recommend going with auto approve for all affiliates (other wise creators that apply are often on to promoting the next product that DID auto -approve them…and yours is now an after thought).

Now, when setting your commission for this I'd recommend at least 20% but you can even go up to 30 or even higher if you can afford it (and this can differ product to product based on your margin on each) It doesn’t have to be universal across all products).

The reason being is if you can afford this much cut into your profit margin it's a no-brainer to give it away to Affiliates...especially in in the beginning

you'll attract more Affiliates….you'll attract higher quality Affiliates….and you'll be getting more feedback on what products people actually want a lot faster with no extra effort on your part

even if you're only making like 50 cents for example….after this….do it (especially in the beginning)….b/c it doesn't cost you any time for them to make the sales, you'll see what products are working which will then allow you to go out and make more videos for them specifically or find more Affiliates to promote those specific products, and you'll get that much needed social proof proof on your products landing page so future buyers now convert at a higher rate than they did before

for instance there have been some products on Tik Tok shop that I've looked at as a buyer when they give out the free claim coupons for creators… and I'm hesitant to actually click that buy on a product where there's no ratings yet it looks a little sketchy (so I KNOWWW actual customers are thinking the same thing).

On the contrary if there's dozens or even hundreds of ratings already I wouldn't even think twice

social proof matters a lot and a high commission is one of the easiest ways to get that fast by enticing pages to promote your product simply because it’s a higher commission if they make a sale than most other products.
