Our President lives here! This is the home and office of the Singapore President - Istana. Istana is only opened to public 5 days a year and on these 5 days, many Singaporeans and foreigner alike flock to take a look at the house and office of the President of Singapore. Its mega huge, located in the city centre and it is one of the greatest tourist attractions for both locals and overseas visitors alike. If you're looking for places to go or visit in Singapore, do drop by Istana if it happens to be open!

Also, it seems like the estimated value of Istana is $18-25 Billion dollars according to this article.. Of course, it'll never be sold.
