This cabin roof isn't going to sheathe itself…so I will!

With the rafter fliers flung and the barge boards built, the framing of this off grid cabin roof is finally wrapped up. Now it's on to another tricky part of the build: hoisting OSB roof sheathing up onto the 12/12 pitch rafters I installed last week, keeping it all in position while I work, and accomplishing the whole thing safely. That's all!

First, I had an idea of using ropes and hooks and bungy cords to hold the OSB sheets in place on the steep pitch roof, but then, duh...it dawned on me! The answer is obvious...based on the cabin roof design.
