Making an angle cut with the circular saw is not usually very complicated, unless we need to be very precise. But when we rip cut with the circular saw we must always be even more aware of kickback. Here I had to make an angle cut and a rip cut at the same time. So I had to makeshift a way to cut the wooden strip all along the grain with the circular saw cutting disc titled to a specific angle.
My solution was to make a kind of jig, a homemade circular saw guide that helps to guide the circular saw along the rip cut.
