Trading a Smaller Account | Kevin Horner | 3-25-24
Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options. https://bit.ly/2v9tH6D
Today's class began with a quick look at the chart of the SPX followed by a look at the energy sector, an area of the market that has recently broken out. When considering stocks for investment, some traders want to own stocks in up-trending sectors or industries. We scanned the entire energy sector for stocks between $10-20/share. We built an example trade incorporating a 1:3 risk:reward scenario and placed a new buy order with exit strategies both above and below our entrance.
Do you have a smaller account ($5,000? $10,000? $25,000?) or are you interested in trading a smaller portion of your larger account? Explore ways to trade, manage, define risk and learn about options strategies in this Active Trader class.

Options involve risks and are not suitable for all investors. Please read the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options carefully before trading
