EASY One Pot Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
5 bone in chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon old bay
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon parsley
1 small onion
1 small chopped bell peppers (red and green)
2 cup Jasmine rice
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 cup chicken broth note** (1 1/2 cup for les mushy rice)
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste
Bake on 375 for 40 minutes
